Do you keep sending flowers?
Yes, we continue to send bouquets of flowers. Verbena Flores is a digital business and complies with the article published by the Government on Sunday, March 29, which dictates that digital businesses can continue with their activity.
We have taken all the security measures established by governments and by the World Health Organization so that all our workers and clients are safe. We continue, as far as possible, with the maximum normality that we can with our office team at the bottom of the canyon teleworking and our florists with the utmost caution in the workshops.
When for security reasons we have to stop deliveries, we will do so without hesitation. People come first and your health comes first, and we will communicate this as soon as possible.
Protection measures for our workers
Our commitment to guarantee the health, protection and well-being of all people is maximum and therefore we have taken the following measures:
- Our Store Physics is closed from Saturday March 14th.
- Everyone in the office has been teleworking since Friday, March 13.
- All florists and workshop personnel have their temperature taken before entering the workshop.
- We have provided masks, gloves and disinfectant gel to all staff to maximize hygiene.
- For florists and workshop personnel, we provide transportation alternatives to avoid the use of public transportation.
- Different workspaces have been enabled to minimize contact and maintain a safety distance of more than 1m.
- A protocol of no contact with external personnel such as couriers has been established.
Special measures at the time of delivery
Is it safe to receive flowers with the current situation? What will the delivery be like for maximum protection? We solve these doubts with the established protocol:
- All couriers wear masks and gloves, and have disinfectant gel in their trucks to use after each delivery or contact with railings, boxes, doors and any other external element.
- Couriers do not deliver packages by hand. They are left on the floor, mat or counter to guarantee a minimum of 1m of safety distance.
- They communicate with recipients via intercom or doorbell.
- In this situation, it is not mandatory to sign the delivery of the package at the deliverer's terminal, only the communication of the name and surname.
