2. When will my bouquet arrive?
You can choose the delivery date you want and schedule the time every day of the year.
- From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- From 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- From 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
3. Deliveries on the weekend

4. What if no one is at the delivery point when the delivery man arrives?
We will do our best to get your bouquet delivered. We will call the person who has ordered the bouquet, we will speak with the porters, we will try a second delivery on the same day ...
We will do everything in our power for solve it and the order is delivered.
In case the person is not found or we have to change address, a payment must be made for the forwarding.
5. What if I have a problem with my order?
