The materials used are of the highest quality and freshness. The flowers and plants come directly from the fields to your home, cutting out the middlemen and paying a fair price for their work. The gifts are of the highest quality to ensure a wonderful experience and to make you look like a king or queen in the eyes of the person you’re treating.

We guarantee same-day shipping. Just select the date and time you need your gift delivered. However, some of our products are shipped via courier and take 3–5 days to arrive, so we recommend ordering ahead of time.

Care instructions vary depending on the type of flower or plant.

Flowers: Change the water every two days, keep them out of direct sunlight, and add a pinch of flower food or sugar.

Plants: Water every third day without overwatering, and make sure the plant receives indirect sunlight (note: this is a general guideline); for more details, check out our blogs on specific care instructions for each type of plant.

Subscription Policy. By subscribing to our service, the user agrees that cancellation will not be possible until at least three (3) months have elapsed from the subscription activation date. During this initial period, the service will remain active, and any cancellation request will be processed only after this period has expired.

Refund Policy. To request a refund for your order, there must be two failed delivery attempts by the florist.
